- Please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping of products, and another week to receive once tracking has been sent. Not only have my own business but I am currently working full time two places as well. There will be 1-2 days I ship every other week and they will vary due to scheduling.
You will receive tracking info via the email you use during checkout. Please use a valid email. OR DM.
You are responsible for giving me the correct address and tracking your package upon receiving the tracking details. Once our tracking has been given I am not liable for lost or stolen packages.
You are able to upgrade to insured shipping, this way if there is an issue with your package you can file a claim with the post office for a refund.
All packages go through first class shipping which takes 3-5 business days, if you need priority shipping please contact me to pay the difference.
If you are sending/buying a stone for me to wrap I will charge a working rate of $15/hr plus material costs.
No holds, or dibs on pendants or collection releases. A lot of people are anticipating these announcements and its unfair. Prices are non-negotiable.
- Payment plans: I will not be sending product out until last payment has been received. Interest only occurs if there is no contact for over 30 days.
Deposits and down payments will not be refunded.

Complimentary herbs mixture can come in every package upon request: contains dried roses, Jasmin, sage, chamomile, lavender. If there is no comment left I will not send any due to allergies. All packages come with rose quarts chips.
